Use this recipe to make your very own healthier yet yummy version of salted egg yolk dip to have with your snacks or could be just chop up vegetables sticks!
3 Salted Egg Yolks, cooked
1/4 Salted Egg White, cooked
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter, melted
1 tbsp Low-Fat Milk
1/4 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 Small Shallot, minced
3 tbsp Low-Fat Yoghurt
1 tsp Dill (Garnish)
1In a blender, combine yoghurt, salted egg yolks and white, butter and milk.
2Blend until well mixed
3Pour mixture into a mixing bowl
4Add sugar, paprika, garlic powder, minced shallots and dill
5Using a whisk, mix everything together until well combined
6Serve with baked chips or wholemeal crackers for a savoury snack!
